WHAT IS 10 DRILLS?

10 Drills is a structured, station-based fitness experience designed to help you get an effective workout without the guesswork.

Each workout consists of 10 stations, with participants spending 3 minutes at each station. Every station is intentionally designed to target strength, endurance, mobility, core stability, and overall fitness.

Unlike a traditional gym where you may wonder what exercises to do, 10 Drills provides coach-designed workouts that guide you through every station. Simply choose a workout, follow the station instructions, and move through all 10 drills at your own pace.
